You can think of it as your brain.
It’s the way you look at opportunities. Can you identify them and turn them into success? Can you even see them?
It’s the way you think about the market and your customers.
It’s your mission and vision.
It’s how quickly you can recognize and respond to changes in the marketplace.
It’s knowing your impact.
It’s about ideas. Ideas that you can sell.
It’s about balance. The balance between brainstorming and action. The balance between doing the right things and doing things right.
How many new ideas do you develop over a while? Is it too many or too few? What is the correct number? Like a pulse, you can’t live at a high pace. It’s okay to have periods of high rate, but the idea is to push the saw a little and stick with something for a while.
